Fall Hunting Reservations - Deer hunters looking for an opportunity to take that whitetail buck will find no better place to pursue their dream than in the area surrounding Anderson Lake Lodge.

Historically Anderson Lake Lodge has been rented exclusively to the same group October 15 through November 30 for 15+ years.  Anderson Lake Lodge is now available for the 2009 hunting season exclusively for $8,000 ($800/hunter based on 10 hunters) if the hunting reservation is made by August 1, 2009.  Thereafter, we will rent the property for 2 weeks blocks to ensure limited hunting pressures.  During archery season Oct 1 - Nov 15, the rate is $2,400 for two weeks.  One week blocks are available for rifle season, Nov 15-Nov 22 ($4,000) and Nov. 23-Nov 30 ($2,500).  All of rifle season is available for $6,000.

General Information:
Anderson Lake Lodge comes completely stocked with towels, linens, pillows and bedding and a full kitchen, with a full supply of dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and utensils, and is equipped with a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and stovetop. All lodging accommodations feature Direct TV service and have access to a gas grill outside.

All children age 9 and under sleep free based on comfortable capacity. Listed rates are based on an "up to" rate including children. All rates subject to change.

Renter agrees to declare all guests at check in and pay for additional people. If additional people are not declared, then the renter will be charged an additional $50/person/night (number of nights based on total nights on reservation), regardless of age, for all guests not declared and paid for at check in.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Driver's license and credit card must be presented at check in.

Deposits: 50% of the total fee is due at the time of reservation. MasterCard & Visa accepted.

Cancellations: Deposits are refundable, less a $50 handling fee, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days, no refunds. No refunds due to weather. "No shows" forfeit the entire deposit.

Final Payment: Balance (including sales tax) is due upon arrival.

Security Deposit: An authorized credit card number is required prior to check-in to guard against damages or losses. Renter must present actual credit card.

Nightly Minimums:
Anderson Lake Lodge - 5 night minimum summer, 2 night minimum winter.

Pet Fee: $10 per pet per night. Pets not declared will be charged $20/night for entire stay; pets not declared in a non-pet unit will be charged the nightly pet rate plus a $70 pet clean fee.

Fishing Anderson Lake:  To ensure a future of good fishing, only boats supplied by Anderson Lake Lodge may be used on Anderson Lake.   This includes any flotation devices including but not limited to canoes, kayak, boats & jet skis/personal watercraft. Anderson Lake Lodge will supply an electric motor for use with our boats; guest are responsible for batteries to operate this electric motor. Help keep Anderson Lake FREE of Eurasian Milfoil.  Prior to arrival, please clean your fishing gear so it is free of all aquatic plants.  This includes bobbers, fish buckets, nets, stringer .. Basically anything that will enter the water.
